Virginie Harvey

Virginie Harvey serves as the Head of Change Management for the KYC & Regulatory Onboarding Team within the Global Markets Division at Crédit Agricole CIB since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading the bank’s regulatory change initiatives and enhancing service offerings across multiple global locations. Previously, Virginie held the position of COO for the same team, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of onboarding processes. With a career spanning over 15 years at Crédit Agricole CIB, Virginie has also worked as a Business Manager for Regulatory Projects, a Business Analyst in various capacities, and a Personal Assistant. Virginie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from ESSCA, completed in 1999.
