William Kitchens

William Kitchens is an experienced collections manager with a diverse background in the finance and lending sectors. Currently serving as Collections Manager at both Credit Control, LLC and Gateway One Lending & Finance since 2019 and 2017 respectively, William also works as an Affiliate for Karatbars International since 2016. Previous roles include Accounts Receivable Specialist at Partners Federal Credit Union, Collector I at HSBC Mortgage, and Collector at JPMorgan Chase. William possesses strong skills in compliance with FDCPA and state regulations, as well as expertise in managing collections and training new recruits. William completed a high school diploma at Piper High School from 2000 to 2003.
