Evonne Bennett Brown

Evonne Bennett Brown, Esq. serves as the Head of Equity, Belonging, and Culture at Credit Karma since June 2024 and is also the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Social Sustainability Leader at Westinghouse Electric Company since September 2020. At Westinghouse, Evonne has been pivotal in establishing a global diversity, equity, and inclusion practice aligned with the company’s commitment to advancing clean technology. Previously, from November 2004 to May 2020, Evonne held several leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Enterprise Talent Management and Career Development Leader and Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion, where contributions included developing talent strategies and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Earlier experience includes roles at GE as a Human Resources Generalist/Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources, a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies.
