Liz H. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Liz began their career at Hertz as an Assistant Branch Manager from April 2014 to August 2015. Liz then joined Aerotek as a Recruiter from August 2015 to November 2016, before transitioning to the role of Account Manager and Diversity & Inclusion Board Member from November 2016 to August 2018. Liz then worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) at Sealed Air Corporation from August 2018 to November 2018. Liz continued their career at Credit Karma, starting as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner and ERG Leader from June 2019 to March 2020. Liz later took on roles such as Project Manager II, Member Support | ERG Leader from April 2020 to March 2021, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager from March 2021 to December 2022, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager II from December 2022 to September 2023. Currently, Liz holds the position of DEI Business Partner and Head of Programs & Partnerships at Credit Karma starting from September 2023.

Liz H. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Theatre, Design, Technology, and Stage Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include being a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci (obtained in September 2022), completing the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program from HRTrainingClasses.com® (obtained in July 2021), earning a Learning Program Management certification from LinkedIn (obtained in June 2021), obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute (obtained in August 2020), completing the PMP® Certification Training Course from PMI Metrolina (obtained in April 2020), and becoming Entelo Basics Certified from Entelo (obtained in February 2020).
