Rafael Rice (he/him)

Rafael Rice has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and staffing roles. Rafael currently holds the position of Director, Talent Acquisition at Credit Karma where they are responsible for hiring across multiple departments. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and Manager, Talent Acquisition at Credit Karma. Before joining Credit Karma, Rafael worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Blizzard Entertainment, focusing on recruitment efforts. Rafael also has experience in talent acquisition roles at Snap Inc., Yelp, Google, Robert Half Technology, and TEKsystems. Rafael began their career as a Graduate Assistant-Intake Officer at McLean County Adult Services.

Rafael Rice (he/him) obtained their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in History from Illinois State University between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in General studies from Fullerton College from 2004 to 2005. Rafael completed their high school education at Mater Dei High School, graduating with a High School Diploma in 2003. During their time in high school, their field of study focused on Social politics and Corporate preparation.
