Zach Westbrook

Zach Westbrook, SPHR, has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles and consulting positions. Zach is currently serving as the Vice President, Head of Total Rewards & People Operations at Credit One Bank. In addition to their current position, Zach also runs their own consulting firm, Westbrook & Co. Consulting, where they provide services in social consulting, strategy, operations, human resources, and business development. Their clients range from startups and family offices to Fortune 100 global companies.

Zach has also held several positions at Blue Shield of California, including Board Member of the Employee Political Action Committee (EmPAC), strategic leader for employee growth and development programs, and Co-Founder & Program Head of the Future of Work Strategy & Programs. Zach has expertise in work design, automation, agile learning & development practices, and executive career consulting.

Previously, Zach worked as a Principal Consultant at Neeley & Associates Consulting, where they managed business development, client engagement, and strategy development for a range of clients, including Alcon (Novartis), Smith & Nephew, and Bell Helicopter (Textron). Zach also has experience as an Investment Analyst at Cook Children's Health Care System and held executive positions at Nationwide Medical, Inc. and a Series A startup that was later acquired.

Throughout their career, Zach has demonstrated their expertise in the areas of social consulting, strategy, HR, and business development across various industries.

Zach Westbrook, SPHR holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Management Consulting from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. Zach also obtained another MBA in Public Health from UNT Health Science Center. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the American Public University System and a non-degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from California Lutheran University. Zach Westbrook has received various certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2022, the Global Talent Management Leader (GTML™) certification from the Talent Management Institute in December 2020, and multiple certifications related to HR, leadership, and problem-solving from LinkedIn, BoardSource, Ready Reset Go, Imperative, Texas Christian University, and Kepner-Tregoe.
