Heather Shanahan

Heather Shanahan has extensive experience in technology and product development, currently serving as Vice President of Technology & Product Development at credit.org since July 2006. Over the years at credit.org, Heather has held various leadership roles, including Director of Product Development and Director of Program Development. In addition, Heather worked as Director of Program Management for Credit & Debt from June 2022 to November 2023 and has been involved with Springboard Social Enterprises in similar capacities. Heather Shanahan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the University of Rhode Island, completing the degree in 1997.
