Ann Kenny

Ann Kenny is a Vice President at Credit Suisse, overseeing Reward Products & Compensation Plans since November 2023, and previously led the IBCM Campus Recruitment Team from September 2022 to November 2023. Prior to Credit Suisse, Ann held the position of Vice President for Campus Recruitment at Bank of America, focusing on Junior Talent Recruitment in the EMEA region from August 2021 to August 2022. Ann's experience also includes serving as an EMEA Global Banking Campus Recruiter at UBS from September 2017 to August 2021 and working as an Early Careers Recruitment Administrator at the Bank of England from November 2016 to August 2017. Ann began a career in recruitment at the European Central Bank as a Forecast Process Assistant from August 2009 to October 2016. Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and German from the University of Galway.
