Paula Dominick

Paula Dominick currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse, a position held since January 2016. Prior to this role, Paula held several key positions at Bank of America, including Managing Director and Strategy Executive, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Corporate, Investment Banking and Markets Compliance. Responsibilities included overseeing the global Compliance Department with a team of 2,100 associates, leading critical high-risk process simplifications, and implementing governance strategies during the integration of Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Earlier in their career, Paula worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Bank of America and as Global Director of Fixed Income Research at Goldman Sachs. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Quinnipiac University.
