Aaron Packard has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Founder and Project Lead Developer at Homeroom.Education in 2011. Aaron was responsible for creating an innovative education startup that focused on optimizing students' academic growth and providing daily lesson plans for teachers.
In 2012, they founded Redshift Web, a web development and digital marketing agency that served over 60 SME clients nationwide. Aaron managed the agency's daily operations, including resource allocation, quality control, marketing initiatives, and employee training.
