Ericka von Mohr

Ericka von Mohr serves as the HR Director at Creditea México since November 2017, where significant organizational redesign and key hires have supported substantial growth, achieving 200,000 loans and 70,000 million in issued value within two years, alongside launching a Leadership Development Programme across eight countries. Previously, Ericka held the position of People Head at PayClip Inc., developing a Human Resources department from the ground up and facilitating growth from 25 to 200 employees, including 50 developers and engineers. Earlier experience includes serving as Organizational Development Manager at Dina / Mercader Financial, HR Head for Mexico at MercadoLibre.com, and Human Resources Manager at De La Rue. Ericka holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, a certification as a Consultant from Instituto de Semiología, and an Executive Coach certification from the University of California, Berkeley.
