Thomas Zirknitzer

Thomas Zirknitzer is an experienced professional in product management and analytics, currently serving as Founder of Product and GenAI at Stealth since November 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held various leadership positions at Creditas from September 2020, including Director of Product for over 20 squads focused on Generative AI, Customer Acquisition, and Mexico’s Credit Ecosystem, where significant achievements included tripling conversion rates and increasing profitability through process automation and enhanced customer experience. Previous experience at Bain & Company involved consulting on Brazilian Startups and evaluating investment opportunities for large corporations, further supported by foundational roles in consultancy and engineering at EY, General Motors, and other firms. Thomas holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and participated in an exchange program in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Lima.
