Abigail Chang

Abigail Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the education, finance, and development sectors. Currently serving as the Country Director for the Australia Pacific Training Coalition since December 2019, Abigail leads initiatives in TVET sector strengthening and capacity building across Solomon Islands and Kiribati. Additionally, Abigail holds independent directorships with the Credit Corporation PNG Group and previously held significant positions with the United Nations, focusing on financial education and national curricula. With a background that includes managing financial institutions at the Reserve Bank of Fiji and leading operational teams at Fiji Forest Industries, Abigail is well-equipped with a diverse skill set supported by advanced degrees in International Development, Business Administration, and Economics from prestigious institutions such as the London School of Economics and the University of Birmingham.
