Irina Zozulja has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Irina began their career as a Secretary/Personal Specialist at EDS Systems Oü in 2012 and later transitioned to the role of Administrative Assistant/Office Manager at Admiral Markets AS in 2014. In these positions, they gained experience in office management, personal assistance, document preparation, and event organization.
In 2016, Irina joined Rail Baltic Estonia Oü as a Project Assistant, where they were involved in project and office management. Irina then moved on to Adcash in 2017, initially working as an Office Manager and later as a People Operations Specialist. In these roles, Irina had responsibilities such as maintaining the office environment, organizing events, handling HR administrative functions, and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
In 2021, Irina joined CoinMetro as an HR Manager, where they managed recruitment campaigns, handled payroll, and implemented HR policies and procedures.
Currently, Irina is working at Creditstar Group AS as the Head of People Operations and Culture. Their responsibilities include leading the recruitment process, improving people-oriented processes, managing employee administration, contributing to CS group-wide initiatives, and designing and developing training programs.
Throughout their career, Irina has demonstrated their ability to handle various HR and administrative tasks, contribute to employee development, and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
Irina Zozulja studied Law at the University of Tartu from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Tallinn Lääne Gymnasium from 1993 to 2005, where they completed their High School education. In terms of additional certifications, Irina obtained a Certified Strategic HR Leader certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2023. Irina also received certifications in various HR and leadership courses from institutions such as LinkedIn, Eesti Personalijuhtimise Õping PARE, SHRM, Udemy, and EMI Personalijuhtimise Keskus, among others. In 2016, they obtained a First Aid Certificate from the Estonian Red Cross.
