Ashley Holdefer

Ashley Holdefer has held three positions in their career. From 2023 to present, they have been a Product Scientist at CreditXpert, researching and developing predictive algorithms to answer complex credit score questions for all borrowers, regardless of credit score. From 2018 to 2023, they were a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist at IBM, leading data science teams and developing machine learning and natural language processing algorithms. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Program Coordinator at The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults, managing the maintenance and reporting of UCF's CRM database and improving and automating processes to add efficiency.

Ashley Holdefer completed their Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2016. Ashley then attended St. Mary's College of Maryland from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Philosophy and Mathematics. In 2020, they began pursuing their Master of Science in Data Analytics from Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Ashley also holds a number of certifications, including the Confluence Fundamentals Badge and Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian (obtained in 2023), Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from Microsoft (obtained in 2020), ICAgile Certified Agile Practitioner from ICAgile (obtained in 2020), SAS Programming 1: Essentials from SAS (obtained in 2018), Applied Data Science with Python - Level 2 from IBM (obtained in 2018), IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM (obtained in 2018), Python for Data Science from IBM (obtained in 2018), and Data Science and Big Data Analytics from MIT Professional Education (obtained in 2017).
