Brieanne DeCarolis

Brieanne DeCarolis has over 9 years of project management experience. Brieanne began their career in 2012 at Merkle as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator. In 2019, they joined Sinclair Broadcast Group as Head Of Project Management Office and Senior Project Manager with Direct Reports. In 2023, they moved to CreditXpert as a Sr. Technical Project Manager. At Merkle, Brieanne exhibited proactive behavior by engaging in project planning activities such as defining the overall scope of the project, creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline/schedule, identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts, and putting mechanisms in place to ensure on-going control of the project. At Sinclair Broadcast Group, they led multiple successful medium to large IT sponsored projects focusing on HR, Payroll, Financial (AP, Cash Management, General Ledger, Projects, Fixed Assets, Procurement) and acquisition integrations from initiation to completion. Brieanne facilitated and led governance, stakeholder and project team meetings, drove day-to-day execution of the integration process, defined processes and tools best suited to each project, managed project teams, developed project plans, project charters, communications plans, risk plans, and more. At CreditXpert, Brieanne is a Sr. Technical Project Manager.

Brieanne DeCarolis graduated from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2006 with a degree in Business with a focus in Finance, General. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Project Portfolio Management Foundations from LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Leadership Training for Managers/Winning Leadership from Dale Carnegie.
