Janette Hunt, MPS, SHRM-SCP has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Janette began their career in 1997 as a Senior Representative at Merrill Lynch, where they supervised and approved mutual fund, money market and federal fund wire transfers totaling 1.1M daily. In 2002, they moved to Merrill Lynch as a Registered Client Associate, providing executive level support for two VP Financial Advisors and their clients. In 2009, Janette began working at International Systems Management Corp. as a Human Resources Business Consultant, establishing a formal HR function for a rapidly growing government defense contractor with multi-state employees. In 2010, they joined UNIVERSAL SERVICES PROVIDER, LLC as the Director of Human Resources, cultivating the HR Function for this growing multi-state company. In 2018, Janette took on the role of Senior Human Resources Consultant at impactHR, working to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and partners at the executive level. Later that same year, they became Vice President of Human Resources at B. F. Saul Company, providing strategic leadership to support and positively impact the company's and human resources team's mission and business objectives. In 2019, Janette moved to InstallNET International, LLC as Head of Human Resources, leading the HR function as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Most recently, in 2022, Janette assumed the role of Head of Human Resources at CreditXpert.

Janette Hunt holds a BS in Labor Employment Relations/Org. Leadership from Penn State University, an Associate of Arts - AA in Business Administration and Management, General from American InterContinental University, and a Masters of Professional Studies in Human Resource Employment Relation from Penn State University. Janette also holds a number of certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership for Essentials from Scrum Alliance (obtained in June 2022), Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations from Scrum Alliance (obtained in June 2022), Certified Agile Leadership for Teams from Scrum Alliance (obtained in June 2022), Certified PI Talent Optimization Leader from The Predictive Index (obtained in August 2020), Facilitation Skills for Managers and Leaders from LinkedIn (obtained in August 2020), Leading Inclusive Teams from LinkedIn (obtained in June 2020), Leading with Intelligent Disobedience from LinkedIn (obtained in October 2019), Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn (obtained in October 2019), Compassionate Directness from LinkedIn (obtained in September 2019), PI Practitioner from PI Midlantic (obtained in January 2019), Preventing Workplace Harassment: Two Hour Management from Emtrain (obtained in June 2017), and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM Certification (obtained in December 2018).
