Wen-Chiao Su has a wealth of experience in the fields of venture capital, product marketing, and business development. In 2014, they began their career as a Research Intern at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). In 2015, they became a Founding Member at Teiron Dynamics Studio. In 2016, they worked as a VC Analyst and VC Summer Analyst at Truffle Capital. In 2018, they worked as a VC Associate at Finesse Ventures Co., Ltd. In 2019, they became the Head of Marketing / Community at Credmark, where they owned the full customer acquisition funnel, brand positioning, and product marketing strategy for a financial data analytics platform in DeFi. Wen-Chiao also executed a rebranding project for the company as a model tooling and DeFi data provider, by conducting in-depth interviews, competitor analysis, and industry trends to identify the new customer segment. In 2020, they became the Global Product Marketing Manager at Synology, where they executed product Go-To-Market strategy, created customer-facing educational content, and established partnership and KOL campaigns. Wen-Chiao also created and edited marketing content including product data sheets, press releases, case studies, and storyboarding for marketing campaigns.
Wen-Chiao Su attended South Pasadena High School before going on to receive a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Waseda University in 2017, majoring in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
