Jaime Buendía

Regional Sales Director – Mexico & Latin America at Credolab

Jaime Buendía has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Sales Supervisor at Pentafon where they achieved the top producing team position. In 2009, they served as a Public Relations representative at Ocean Maya by H10, building relationships with customers from different nationalities. From 2011 to 2012, Jaime worked as a Customer Satisfaction Specialist at AXA, where they monitored customer behavior and analyzed big data. In 2013, they co-founded Comercializadora Vatisse, focusing on e-commerce sales and brand marketing strategy. Simultaneously, they joined AXA as the Local Head of International Programs, implementing the action plan for AXA Group's international programs in Mexico. From 2017 to 2018, Jaime worked at Citibanamex as a Business Development and Market Management professional, responsible for P&L and driver execution monitoring. Jaime then joined Círculo de Crédito in 2018 as the Commercial Head Bank Industry, overseeing P&L responsibilities, commercial strategy, and market innovation. In 2021, they joined Credolab as the Regional Sales Director for Mexico and Latin America, leading sales strategy and business development efforts. Additionally, in 2018, Jaime co-founded inikua Insurance Broker.

Jaime Buendía pursued their education in the field of International Business/Trade/Commerce in 2012 at ESCE Paris, where they obtained a Licentiate degree. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Universidad del Valle de México, earning a degree in Administration and International Business. During their time at Universidad del Valle de México, they studied various topics such as administration, marketing, economics, accounting, sales, and public relations. Additionally, Jaime Buendía has obtained certifications in Leader Coach - Staff management from the institution Formación Integral y Desarrollo Estratégico in 2009 and in Key Account Management from Dr. Diana Woodburn, the year of which is not specified.
