Business Operations Analyst at Credpal

Babatunde Akinteye has worked for various companies since 2012. Babatunde started as an Airworthiness Industrial Trainee at the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority and later became a Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager at Access Bank Plc. Babatunde managed day-to-day operations, developed sales goals, and established good customer service and client relationships. Babatunde also worked as a Digital Marketer/Business Development Manager for Austin Jay Wellness Company, where they interfaced with customers, increased brand exposure, managed e-commerce platforms, and created content. At Sanlam, Babatunde worked as a Business Development Manager, developed new contacts, arranged business development meetings, and conducted extensive research to identify new markets and customer needs. Babatunde worked briefly as a Sales Marketing Manager at Liquid Technologies. Currently, they are an Account Manager Team Lead at CredPal.

Babatunde Akinteye completed a degree in Geography from the University of Ibadan between 2010 and 2015. In 2016, they obtained certification in SME business (Shoe Making and leather works) from Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF). In 2022, they obtained certification in Transforming Nigerian Youths from the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University.
