Mohamed Nagib

Mohamed Nagib has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the construction and real estate industry. Mohamed is currently working as the PCS Director at cred. starting from March 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, Nagib served as the PCS Manager at Diaa Consult Engineering Consulting & Services.

Before joining Diaa Consult, Nagib worked at CPM as the Planning Section Head from September 2017 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for making planning baselines, following up on updates and financial plans, and implementing cost control measures for different types of projects.

From 2015 to 2017, Nagib served as the Head of Department at Nagd - Real Estate Development. Mohamed also worked as the Team Leader Planning and Follow Up at DMG | Mountain View from February 2013 to September 2015, where they were responsible for planning, cost control, and infrastructure management for residential projects in the North Coast area.

Prior to this, Nagib held the position of Senior Planning and Cost Control at Mahmoudia Construction from October 2010 to January 2013. In this role, they oversaw the planning and cost control activities for residential projects for the Army in Helwan and Aswan.
