Taylor Belshause

Taylor Belshause has a wealth of experience in the events and real estate industries. From 2018 to present, Taylor has been the Managing Director of Cred., where they are on a mission to build thought leaders and create environments that inspire. Prior to this, Taylor was the Development Manager at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville from 2015-2018. From 2013-2015, Taylor was the Real Estate Coordinator at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where they oversaw a real estate portfolio of over 2,000,000 sq. ft. and managed acquisitions of approximately $25,000,000 in property assets. Taylor was a Real Estate Representative at RaceTrac Petroleum from 2011-2013, and a Real Estate Analyst from 2008-2011, where they researched ownership, zoning, demographic information, and comparable sales data.

Taylor Belshause attended the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus in Real Estate.
