He is also the Founder & Custodian of Indian Carbon Alliance, uniting stakeholders in the Indian Climate Change regime. Additionally, he founded Kichee Token to digitize sustainable practice rewards. Shailendra has a background in marketing renewable energy and carbon credits, with experience in various companies like Laundrynow.in, EKI Energy Services Limited, Gensol Consultants Pvt ltd, and Royal Bank of Scotland. He holds an MBA in Marketing, Human Resource, and Information Technology, as well as a Master of Arts in Public Administration.
