Sue Perfetto

Sue Perfetto has extensive experience in product lifecycle management and customer service within the lighting industry, currently serving in Product Lifecycle Management at Cree Lighting since June 2015. In this role, Sue collaborates with Product Managers to onboard new LED products, ensuring the accuracy of spec and installation sheets. Prior to this, Sue was a Customer Service Manager at Cree from June 2012 to June 2015, leading a team of 21 representatives and focusing on customer satisfaction and business retention. Sue's career began at Ruud Lighting, Inc., where roles included Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Representative from January 1988 to May 2012, contributing to the establishment and growth of the company. Sue holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
