Mathilda Aghassi's work experience begins in 2018 with an internship as a Digital Content Editor at EMG – Educations Media Group. Mathilda then moves on to Nelly.com in 2018 as an Influencer Marketing Intern. In 2019, they become an Online Visual Merchandiser and later a Performance Marketing Coordinator at Nelly.com. Mathilda transitions to the role of Influencer Marketer in 2021 and then becomes a Brand and Influencer Marketing Specialist. In 2022, they join Creed Media as a Senior Project Manager.

Mathilda Aghassi completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Företagsekonomi) at Stockholm University from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they attended Medieinstitutet in 2017-2018 and pursued studies in Market Coordination (Marknadskoordinator). In addition, Mathilda Aghassi attended Berghs School of Communication in 2016 to specialize in Marketing and Communication (Marknadsföring och kommunikation). Prior to their time at Medieinstitutet and Berghs School of Communication, they also studied Sociology at Stockholm University from 2011 to 2012.
