Alexander Muñoz

Alexander Muñoz, PHR, currently serves as Senior Human Resources Manager at Creekstone Farms Premium Beef since December 2019, overseeing HR department managers and supporting various initiatives related to talent development, recruiting, and compliance. Prior roles include Tactical Execution Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Talent Development Manager at the same company, where contributions included enhancing business efficiency and employee growth. Additionally, Alexander taught Ethics as an Adjunct Professor at Southwestern College in early 2024 and previously directed the Career Services Center at the institution. Experience also includes serving as Workforce Strategy Manager at Workforce Alliance, Inc., and Reemployment Specialist at the Kansas Department of Commerce. Alexander holds a Master's Degree in Theological Studies, a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies, and an Associate's Degree in Sports Medicine, all from Southwestern College and Cowley College.
