Gabriel Silva Guimarães has a diverse work experience, starting as a Credit Recover Intern at Itaú Unibanco in 2018. Gabriel then moved on to Uber, where they held roles as a Strategy and Operations Intern at Uber Eats and later as a Program Specialist in Customer Experience for Latam. Most recently, they worked at Crehana as a CX Operations Senior Partner before transitioning to the role of CX Operations Lead.

Gabriel Silva Guimarães completed a degree in Public Relations from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2016 to 2020. Gabriel also obtained a certification in SQL from Vertabelo.
