Shahid Hussain

Shahid Hussain is a Senior System and Network Engineer at CRES Technology since June 2022, providing remote technical support to US-based users as part of a Managed Services delivery process. Shahid has extensive experience in managing and configuring systems, particularly with O365, as well as bulk user management through Windows PowerShell. Prior to this role, Shahid served as Managed Services Team Lead at Auriga Solutions from October 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included system evaluation and remote client support. Additionally, Shahid held System Administrator positions at Cricket Wireless and Mobilelink, and worked as an Information Technology Administrator at R2V Pvt Ltd. Shahid is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Virtual University of Pakistan, expected to graduate in March 2024.
