Christianna Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Christianna started their career as a Teller at Synovus in 2009 and then worked as an Au Pair for a private family in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they served in various roles at Wells Fargo, including Commodity Derivatives Analyst and Clearing and Brokerage Services Analyst. In 2014, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director in Tenant Representation where they excelled in site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio management. Their expertise benefited a wide range of clients, from local startups to Fortune 500 companies. Recently, in 2021, they became a Principal at Cresa Carolinas, specializing in Tenant Advisory for Office and Industrial occupiers. Their focus is to understand client operations and provide real estate solutions that align with their business objectives.

Christianna Williams earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business between 2006 and 2010. In addition, they hold certifications including a North Carolina Real Estate License from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, a Series 7 Securities License from FINRA, and a South Carolina Real Estate License from the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.
