Shane Coppedge

Shane Coppedge has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Shane currently holds the position of Vice President, Project Management at Cresa since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Turner & Townsend from April 2021 to August 2022. From October 2019 to April 2021, they served as a Preconstruction Manager at Balfour Beatty US. Before that, they held the same role at Brycon from July 2015 to October 2019. Shane's early career includes roles such as Preconstruction Manager at Layton Construction from December 2012 to July 2015, Estimator from March 2011 to December 2012, and Project Engineer from August 2007 to March 2011.

Shane Coppedge holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Arizona, which they earned from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate education at Arizona State University from 2003 to 2007, obtaining an Interdisciplinary Studies degree with a focus on Business and German. In addition to their formal education, Shane also holds certifications in OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety from AdvanceOnline Solutions, Inc. and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies, both obtained in 2020.
