Christopher Brown started their work experience in 2006 at Cox Enterprises as a Client Support Analyst Level II, staying in this role until 2018. Christopher then joined Tetra Pak in 2018 as an End User Support III, where they were responsible for various IT support functions such as managing Office 365 subscriptions, enrolling mobile devices, and maintaining Mac devices. In 2021, Brown moved to Crescent Bank as an IT User Support. Most recently, they joined GEA Group in 2022 as an IT Support Specialist.
Christopher Brown has a diverse education history. In 1992-1994, they attended Andrews University, where they studied Graphic Arts. In 2017, Christopher attended New Horizons Computer Learning Center, focusing on CCNA. In 2021, they completed a program at VMware IT Academy. Most recently, in 2022, Christopher obtained a certificate in SQL from the Noble Work Foundation.
In addition to their formal education, Christopher has obtained several certifications. In 2007, they received the Macintosh OS X Essentials certification. In 2013, they completed the ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level and in 2022, they attended the SQL Bootcamp at Udemy to enhance their skills.
