Richard Voight is currently the Vice President of Capital Markets at Crescent Communities. Prior to this role, Richard has held various positions in notable companies such as Lincoln Financial Group, JPMorgan Chase & Co., TIAA, PB Capital, Lloyds Banking Group, Morgan Stanley, CB Richard Ellis, and Octagon Sports Marketing. With a background in real estate investments, mortgage origination, finance, underwriting, and wealth management, Richard has demonstrated expertise in managing loan portfolios, negotiating transactions, and developing strategic plans. Richard holds a BS in Marketing and Information Systems from Fairfield University.
