Heather Rickertsen

Heather Rickertsen is the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Crescent Community Health Center, where Heather oversees the 340b pharmaceutical program and clinical pharmacy services. Heather is also the Clinical Coordinator at Mercy Family Pharmacy, providing management for various clinical pharmacy services and programs. Heather is currently an Adjunct Faculty at University of Iowa and has experience as a Team Coach for the Pharmacy services and support center. Additionally, Heather has served as a Pharmacist on the American Pharmacist Association Community Pharmacy Residency Advisory Panel. Heather has a PharmD in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy.
