Juan Jaime Garza

Juan Jaime Garza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Juan Jaime began their career as a Production Analyst in fiber cardboard companies, Arvisa and Empaques de Cartón Jalisco. Juan Jaime then worked as an Engineering Project Intern at Park n Pony and as a Senior Design at GE Energy, where they developed the Aero Service Customer Notification Report Template.

Garza later joined Strategic Systems & Products Corporation as a Consultant, specializing in the implementation and support of SAP for E&P Oil & Gas Companies. Juan Jaime then moved to Real Time Resolutions as an Intern before joining Capgemini as a Consultant. At Capgemini, Garza performed testing, migration, and upgrades of SAP PRA, managed Fleur de Lis Energy's SAP implementation, and worked with Equinor to create lean asset accounting operations.

Following their tenure at Capgemini, Garza joined Pioneer Natural Resources Company as a Consultant. Juan Jaime subsequently joined Fleur de Lis Energy, LLC as a Sr. SAP Systems Engineer, where they managed SAP ECC, led critical systems projects, and managed offshore and onsite resources.

Garza currently holds the position of Director, Business Solutions at Crescent Energy, where they oversee strategic application and implementations of core business systems, manages projects and initiatives, and successfully led an SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Throughout their career, Garza has demonstrated strong technical leadership, project management skills, and expertise in SAP systems. Juan Jaime has effectively managed teams and projects, identified improvement areas, and implemented future-focused solutions to meet business needs.

Juan Jaime Garza has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Science from Southern Methodist University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Juan Jaime is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at SMU Cox School of Business, with a projected completion date between 2022 and 2024.
