Thomas Vance

Thomas Vance, CPA, currently serves as the Technical Accounting Manager at Crescent Energy since July 2021. Prior experience includes a managerial role as Audit Manager at Deloitte from October 2014 to July 2021, where Thomas directed financial statement audits for publicly traded and private equity-backed companies and developed audit strategies addressing bankruptcy and fresh start accounting. In earlier roles at Deloitte, including Audit Senior and Audit Staff, Thomas led audits for emerging private equity-backed entities and tested controls for complex financial estimates. Thomas began the professional journey as an Audit Intern at Deloitte in early 2013. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, both from Texas A&M University.
