Shawn Hedrick

Shawn Hedrick has over 25 years of experience in the plastics industry, currently serving as a Process Engineer at Crescent Industries Inc since February 2008. In this role, Shawn is responsible for troubleshooting using the RJG process, monitoring and reducing cycle times, overseeing critical process parameters, and sampling new production runs. Prior to this position, Shawn worked at Key Plastics, LLC from February 1994 to February 2008 as a Process Technician and Supervisor, contributing valuable expertise in process management and operational efficiency.
