Matt Arnold

Matt Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt began their career at Oklahoma State University as a Supervisor of Student Recruitment before transitioning to a role as an Information Technology Business Analyst at Chesapeake Energy. At Chesapeake Energy, Matt progressively advanced to positions such as Operations Services - Facilities Specialist and Operations Services - Supervisor & Project Manager, where they managed implementation teams, created project plans, and collaborated with stakeholders. Matt then became an Operations Services Manager, overseeing Operations-focused teams and developing key performance indicators related to asset maintenance. After their tenure at Chesapeake Energy, Matt worked as a Project Management Consultant for a year before joining Crescent Petroleum as a Business Services Manager. In this role, they managed cross-cultural teams to support the business for Operations and Asset Management, aligning initiatives and schedules with cross-functional management teams. Overall, Matt has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a wide range of experience in various aspects of operations and project management.

Matt Arnold earned a Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University. Matt also holds a Master's degree from Northeastern State University. In 2016, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. Additionally, they are certified in Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
