Alexandra G. W. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Labor & Employment at Cresco Labs since June 2020, Alexandra is responsible for developing the company's labor strategy and employee relations philosophy. Prior to this role, Alexandra held positions such as Senior Counsel for Labor Relations at Roosevelt University, where oversight of legal services as the Chief Legal Officer was a key responsibility, and Acting General Counsel at Cozen O'Connor, along with early experience as an Associate at both Cozen O'Connor and Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP in their Labor and Employment practice groups.
