Kevin Long

Kevin Long is a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Cresset responsible for Corporate Development across the firm including RIA M&A, new client acquisition and advisor recruitment.

Prior to joining Cresset, Kevin served as the senior director of Midwestern and Western U.S. markets at Abbot Downing, a Wells Fargo business, with primary responsibility for the firm’s new business development efforts throughout the Midwest and Western United States. He also spent several years with Wells Fargo Private Bank and held executive positions with News Corporation and Disney.

Kevin is a graduate of the State University of New York at Cortland where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He holds several professional licenses and enrolled in the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania.

Kevin is also an active member of TIGER 21 – a peer learning community who help each other improve their investment acumen, tackle common issues of wealth preservation, manage family-related challenges, understand estate planning options, and share ideas on philanthropic endeavors.

Kevin supports numerous charities, volunteers as a youth athletics coach and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their children.
