John Pryor-Bennett

John Pryor-Bennett is an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in overseeing residential development projects. Currently managing the Henley Gate Development at Crest Nicholson plc since July 2022, John has previously held similar roles at Bovis Homes, Linden Homes, and APH PROJECTS LTD., leading significant housing developments and ensuring high-quality construction. John’s early career included roles as a Freelance Assistant Site Manager at Bellway Homes Ltd and as an Assistant Site Manager and Health and Safety Officer at Countryside. With a foundation in carpentry and construction spanning from 1999 to 2012, John has worked on notable projects such as Canary Wharf and the Medway Bridge. John holds a NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, as well as several other qualifications in health and safety and design.
