Simon Marshall

Simon Marshall has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Simon is currently working as a Commercial Director at Crest Nicholson plc since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at Countryside from April 2019 to June 2021. At Countryside, they also served as an Associate Director (Commercial) from July 2018 to March 2019 and as a Managing Surveyor from June 2015 to June 2018.

Before joining Countryside, Simon worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Bellway Homes Ltd (Thames Gateway) from April 2013 to June 2015. Simon also held the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor at Linden Homes from January 2012 to April 2013 and at Barratt Homes from November 2006 to January 2012.

Prior to their roles as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Simon worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Miller Homes from July 2005 to October 2006 and at Lovell Partnerships from June 2003 to July 2005. Simon started their career as a Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Tarmac Topfloor from May 2001 to June 2003.

Through their progressive roles in the construction industry, Simon Marshall has gained valuable experience and expertise in commercial management and surveying.

Simon Marshall attended Ecclesbourne School from 1992 to 1997. Simon then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Management from the University of Derby, which they completed from 2003 to 2006.
