Steve Thorn

Steve Thorn is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Commercial Manager at Crest Nicholson plc since August 2019, Steve previously held the same title at Keepmoat Homes from April 2013 to August 2019, and also served as a Commercial Director during that time. Prior roles include Senior Quantity Surveyor at Barratt Homes and Quantity Surveyor at Keepmoat Homes, alongside a lengthy tenure as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Persimmon Homes. Steve's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The University of Sheffield, completed in 1995.
