Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica started their career in 2014 as a Cashier at DICK'S Sporting Goods. In 2015, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at Residence Inn by Marriott, providing excellent customer service.

From 2016 to 2018, Jessica held roles such as Guest Services Agent at East Avenue Inn & Suites, where they maintained positive customer interactions, and Student Manager at Brick City Catering, where they supervised and trained student employees.

In 2017, they worked as an Office Manager at Creative Labels of Vermont, assisting with payroll and purchasing. Jessica then transitioned to an Operations Manager role at Vermont Custom Closets, overseeing operations and ensuring quality requirements were met.

In 2019, Jessica joined SSOE Group as a Project Management Assistant, coordinating workflow and assembling project deliverables. Jessica then joined Epiq, where they served as a Senior Project Coordinator and supported the Project Manager in managing client cases. Jessica later became a Technical Project Manager, managing project timelines and interdepartmental communication.

In 2022, Jessica worked at AcuTech Partners as a Project Manager, successfully implementing multiple Acumatica ERP projects and collaborating with consultants for project success.

Currently, Jessica is employed at Crestwood Associates as an Acumatica Project Manager, starting in 2023.

Jessica Smith attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Hospitality and Service Management. In 2015, they also began studying at Murdoch University, although it is unclear when they completed their studies or if they obtained a degree from this institution. Prior to their time at Rochester Institute of Technology, Jessica took college level courses with a Pre-College Program at the University of Vermont in 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in May 2022.
