Rs - Rachid Sayass

Rachid Sayass possesses extensive experience in executive development, strategic leadership, and sales, currently serving as Executive Development at Crestcom International and Managing Director at Crestcom Morocco since March 2020. Rachid held the position of Plant Manager at SEBN-MA, overseeing the establishment of a greenfield plant for automotive wiring harness production. As the Founder and Owner of CARTECO and previously the Managing Director of Fujikura Automotive Morocco, Rachid successfully restructured operations to support substantial growth. Additional roles include Plant Manager at DRÄXLMAIER Group and Country Supply Chain Manager at Delphi, where Rachid implemented lean processes across multiple plants. Rachid began a career in inventory management at Italcementi, progressing through various managerial roles. Rachid holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Université de Corse Pascal Paoli and an Executive Management Program degree from San Telmo Business School.
