Tim Mattox Sr, CSCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Tim most recently served as the President & Co-Founder of Carllavette Enterprises, Inc. at Crestcom International starting from June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Supply Chain at RWDC Industries from July 2021 to October 2022, where they led global logistics and supply chain operations. Tim also held the position of Manager of Product Distribution Center (PDC) at Caterpillar Logistics Inc. for almost eight years, where they established a safe work environment.
Earlier in their career, Tim was a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Tropical Oils at Cargill from July 2007 to September 2013, responsible for importing tropical oils from Southeast Asia. Tim also founded and owned G. Scottline Express, a U.S. transportation company, from June 2005 to July 2007. Tim's extensive experience in supply chain management began at Johnson & Johnson, where they served as a Senior Supply Chain Planner for over a decade and implemented Lean supply chain processes for production planning and inventory control.
Tim Mattox Sr, CSCP has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Savannah State University. Tim also pursued Theological and Ministerial Studies at Global University. Additionally, they have engaged in Professional Development and Community Service activities. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Caterpillar CEO Award of Excellence from Caterpillar Inc. in December 2020. Tim is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) accredited by APICS since April 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Society in January 2004. In January 2003, they completed the "Basics of Supply Chain Management" certification provided by APICS.
