Christine Kindred

Christine Kindred is the corporate controller for Crestline Communities. As controller Ms. Kindred oversees the accounting staff and is responsible for the financial and investor reporting, audit and banking relationships, and insurance of the property portfolio and corporate entities. Ms. Kindred insures the reporting and tracking of both operations and construction projects.

Chris has 20+ years in accounting with a concentration the last 8 years on Property Management accounting. She has been responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and assisted with annual audits for nationwide companies. Prior to joining Crestline, Ms. Kindred worked for Lauth Property Group and was responsible for the financials for office, medical and industrial properties in the Lauth portfolio.
