Terra Lepper, MA, MS, LMFT, is a licensed mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical programming and patient care. Currently employed at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc., since September 2017, Terra assists in directing clinical services for over 125 residents with complex health challenges. Previous roles include volunteering with LIFE ElderCare to support isolated seniors, providing career development coaching, and completing an internship at Kaiser Permanente focused on brief counseling and treatment planning. Terra's background also includes stress counseling and crisis intervention work with Crisis Support Services of Alameda County and case coordination for medical research at Children's Hospital Oakland Research Institute.
