Jill Schulz

Jill Cicero Schulz is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer currently serving at Cretex Companies, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Jill held the position of Vice President and Head of Global Human Resources at TSI Incorporated from February 2020 to January 2024. Jill's extensive career at Cargill Incorporated spanned from 1994 to March 2019, during which various roles included Vice President of Human Resources with a focus on North America Talent Acquisition, Global HR Solutions, Employee Relations and Compliance, and Agricultural Supply Chain Businesses. Jill initiated significant improvements in HR operations, recruitment services, and employee relations strategies across multiple capacities. Prior to Cargill, Jill practiced law as an Attorney at Felhaber, Larson, Fenlon & Vogt, specializing in corporate and employee benefits law. Jill earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wheaton College.
