Oded Noy

Oded Noy is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Crexi and the Senior Operating Partner at Bloom Equity Partners, Noy co-founded Amplify.la in 2011, where Oded also holds the title of Chief Technologist. As a co-founder of the LA CTO Forum, Noy contributes by mentoring members and organizing events. Previously, Noy held senior positions at Diversis Capital and ZEFR, and co-founded TargetClose, where Oded served as CTO, while also advising the DuMont Project. Notably, Noy was the Chief Technology Officer and founder of TrueCar, Inc., previously known as Zag.com. Early in their career, Noy served as a fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force.
