Irinel Tilea MCIPS is an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience across various industries, including oil and gas and chemicals. Currently serving as Procurement Director for Central & Eastern Europe, Romania, and EMAT East at CRH since June 2021, Tilea previously held the position of Director of Strategic Procurement at CHIMCOMPLEX, where significant improvements in profitability were achieved.
